How do I make room reservations for the seminar?

What type of accommodations are available?

Saddlebrook has a variety of room types.  You can choose a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom suite  Please see the "Accommodations" page for details.

What are the room rates?

The room rates vary depending on the accommodations that you choose.  When confirming the room, you will need to pay a deposit equal to one night + taxes.  Seminar rates are available before and after the seminar if you choose to come early or stay later.  Please see the "Accommodations" page for more information.

What is the closest airport?

The closest airport is the Tampa International Airport.  It's approximately 30 miles from the resort.

What meals are provided?

VIP's Receive:

Lunch & Dinner Monday thru Wednesday

Lunch on Thursday & Friday 

Regular attendees:

Lunch & Dinner Monday thru Tuesday

BBG Celebration Dinner only on Wednesday

If you would like additional guests to attend the meals they will need to be a ticketed attendee.  Price includes the educational presentations, swag bag and all meals provided at the events (must purchase VIP level to receive additional lunches).

What is the dress code for the seminar?

This meeting is fun and casual!  Wear what makes you comfortable.  We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket.  Conference rooms, in general, tend to be a little on the chilly side.

What is the weather like in Tampa in October?

Average temperature that time of year is mid 80’s during the day and high 60’s at night.

Do I need a rental car?

Because the Tampa International Airport is only 30 miles from the resort you could choose Uber over renting a car.  It's really personal preference.

Valet Parking for overnight (in/out privileges) is $30 per vehicle. Self-parking is complimentary for overnight and day attendees.

What do I need for my suite?

We're thrilled to inform you that your stay at the resort will come with a variety of perks that are sure to make your trip even more enjoyable!

You'll be able to indulge in the little luxuries that we offer, such as Keurig® coffee makers to help you start your day off right (and don't worry, we've got you covered with complimentary pods for your first few cups, but you might want to purchase or pack some extra if you're a coffee lover). Additionally, you'll be treated to our signature bath amenities, which are sure to help you unwind after a long day.

In addition to these lovely touches, your room will feature a private patio or balcony that boasts stunning views of our golf courses, pools, or nature preserve. We believe that connecting with nature can be incredibly rejuvenating, and we want to make sure that you have plenty of opportunities to do so during your stay.

For those of you who need to stay connected to the outside world during your stay, we've got you covered with spacious desks and high-speed wireless internet access, so you can catch up on work or stay in touch with loved ones.

What do I need to bring?

It’s always a good idea to have an open mind and positive attitude!  Notebooks are provided to attendees in the Swag Bags.  You may want to bring your business cards.  Many attendees choose to bring a lap top. 

If you plan to cook in your room, bringing plastic baggies of all sizes is a great idea for storing left overs in your fridge.  Paper plates, extra coffee pods, napkins, laundry pods, etc. will save you from over buying in Florida.
